Their campaign started three years ago, travelling from Canada to the south, covering 55,000 kilometers with their ecological message defending rivers in 15 countries of the American continent.

Roberto Rada, from Punta Arenas, is the leader of the tour motivating recycling, better use of nature elements and protection of the natural environment, together with Javier, from Mexico; Diego, from Colombia, and Chilean Jorge, who stopped at Cerro Castillo, in Torres del Payne, where mayoress Anahi Cardenas invited them to show the car to students.

The youngsters are members of the environmental group "Free Rivers", which is working for promoting environment conscience and defending Patagonia from hydroelectric dams. "It's a fight against destruction of rivers at Patagonia and to keep it clean. We have talked to presidents, ministers, media and community; the reception has been very good and the idea is to keep on with this campaign of defense of our nature", said Rada.
