Lots of dogs on the streets of Punta Arenas

Lots of dogs on the streets in Punta Arenas. They say anywhere between 15,000 to 25,000. Many are healthy, some are sick and have to be put to sleep, others have owners and the rest are live ok lives on the streets. Even a few manage to escape our shelter to wander the streets again. Some are even famous. Chocolate is one of many.
