Booking:
All the bookings are made through our booking system. Requests are answered by the same way. The booking is kept as tentative until the client makes confirmation and the respective deposit.
Way of payment:
Cash, 50% on advance through a Bank Transfer to our account at USA on dollars, as follow and in this order, and the other 50% at the moment of arrival in cash or travelers check:

Annulment Policy
In case of annulment of the booking, the fine applicable will depend on the advance it is made, according to the following outline:
With 60 days in advance 100% of booking refund
Between 59/30 days 75% of the program value
Between 29/15 days 50% of the program value
Between 14/0 days 0% of the program value
Modifications :
Modifications to confirmed bookings are submitted to the existing availabilities on that moment and are accepted on a term of 30 days previous to the arrival of the passengers.
Insurance and Limit of Responsibility
Turismo Mercury hires the service rendered in lodging, feeding, guides, transportation, additional services, from independent suppliers, freeing us of all responsibility for their actions. Every kind of activity outdoors is inserted in our programs carried out in natural places that involve a certain personal level of care on part of the passenger, who must be worried in every moment by the actions he makes, that way he will help us to achieve our main aim which is the care of our passengers. So seen, Turismo Mercury cannot be responsible for death, personal damage or any other loose that may occur due to any act or omission of the suppliers hired by the company and over circumstances of force majeure in which the passengers be involved .
- But since our main concern is the tourist we recommend that each passenger processes an insurance against accidents abroad.
• We reserve ourselves the right to modify the itinerary if by this reason is obtained a better service or if we are forced by force majeure, such as unfavorable conditions, climatic, without modifying the length of the program
Confirmation of the booking or the total payment of the program constitutes the acceptance of all the General Terms mentioned before.
Practical Information:
Patagonia can also be a synonymous of a rather cold climate, with strong g winds and instable climatic conditions, so we suggest you bring the following elements:
- Clothing for cold climate, raincoats and over all, comfort clothing for excursions outdoors.
- Sunglasses and sun protection.
- Gloves, hats and neck protectors.
- Calf-length shoes for trekking.
