Responsibility
For all the effects, the Agency of Tourism Mercury, it acts only as intermediary between the passengers and the companies loaners of tourist services who appear in the programs, such as, wholesale operators, companies of terrestrial transport, hotels, cruises, transbordadoras, restaurants, etc. Therefore, the Agency of Tourism Mercury frees itself of any responsibility come by situations that are out of his control: This can be such situations as hurt or personal accidents, delays or aberrations lost of baggage and other objects of his property that will be able to be caused during the achievement of the itineraries or programmed trajectories. The Agency of Tourism Mercury, it does not have any responsibility in case of situations of force majeure as: earthquakes, tidal waves, tsunamis, epidemics, illnesses, climatic phenomena, strikes, wars, governmental restrictions or any other situation that is out of the control of the Agen
Conditions awareness
When purchasing a program, it is automatically established that the passenger is aware and accepts all the clauses of these general liability terms and conditions.
Rates include
The services specified in each itinerary are in compliance with the meal plan stated therein. Room and board: continental breakfast, lunch, dinner and board.
Half board: continental breakfast, lunch or dinner and board. Meals will be always served to passengers together and at the times set by the hotel. Meals shall be the set menu and accommodation shall be in rooms with private bathroom.
The prices of the program herein described shall be per person and based on regular service and transportation, unless otherwise stated. Ask for special programs with private guide and transfers.
Rates do not include
Non scheduled transfers, any other type of extra items in hotels, soft or alcoholic drinks at meal time, airfares and boarding taxes, extra luggage, in general, extra services or expenses that are not included in set itineraries.
